For Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Professionals
Equipment and technology that carry your recommendations into daily life
You assess the person, their occupations, and their environment. We source, set up, and train on the assistive technology and equipment, so strategies built in therapy hold up at home.

Questions from therapists and rehabilitation professionals
Will GMA change my recommendation?
No. We may raise practical points, such as setup needs or products with similar features. The recommendation and its rationale stay yours.
Can GMA complete a home evaluation for my client?
In Missouri, yes, in person or virtually. In other states, they are glad to collaborate with you and build on your evaluation. Either way, we work together toward the best fit. The coverage map on our About page shows where formal evaluations are offered.
Can GMA train the person on the equipment?
We train the person and supporters to operate and maintain what we provide. Clinical technique, such as transfer methods, stays with the treating clinician.
Can GMA help with trial before a client commits to equipment?
Ask us about the specific item. Where a trial or demonstration is practical, we will say so. Where it is not, we will explain the features and setup in enough detail for you and your client to judge fit.
What should I include when I first reach out?
Your discipline, the state, the functional goal, and the general barrier. Leave out the person’s name, diagnosis, and medical details until authorization and a secure method are in place.
Have a functional goal that needs the right equipment or technology?
Share your discipline, the state, and what the person is working toward. We will follow up to discuss options that fit your plan.
